Calvary Captain Countdown – 6 days!

Melissa Maybe was recruited to join the walk through her friend Catherine Bisson, Calvary’s Operations Director. Melissa and fellow Calvary Captain and friend Natalie Sorkin both hail from Whippany, New Jersey. They’re joining forces not only to support Catherine, but also “to support Calvary in its mission to prevent homelessness.”

This will be her first Walkathon on the National Mall, and she is really looking forward to showing up on November 20th to meet some new people before the Walk (If you meet Melissa the morning of the walk, a fun fact – she loves the show Glee!), and then take part in a great Washington D.C. tradition to support Calvary!

You can take a look at Melissa’s Walkathon page here.

Still haven’t signed up? The LAST DAY to register online is Thursday, Nov. 18th. Visit www.helpthehomelessdc.org and chose Calvary Women’s Services ( DC010) as the beneficiary.
