Urgent Needs Wish List

As the COVID-19 crisis continues and we are all socially distancing at home, there is at least one thing we are all feeling: boredom. For the women at Calvary Women’s Services, boredom can be incredibly challenging.

Our Urgent Needs Wish List is full of items to keep their mind off of the crisis at hand, so they can continue to focus on their recovery. Your donation during this crisis can make all the difference when this crisis is over.

We have suspended our volunteer program to ensure the safety of our volunteers, staff, and the women we serve (you can read more about that and our full statement on how we are handling the COVID-19 crisis here). Without our meal volunteers, we are in need of food donations as well. We are in urgent need of the items below:

  • Healthy brown-bag lunches
  • Vegetable platters
  • Fresh fruit
  • Large low sodium cans of soup
  • Whole wheat bread
  • Large jars of peanut butter & jelly
  • Bags of salad
  • Lunch meat

Please ship or deliver donations to:

Calvary Women’s Services
attn: Stacia Frederick
1217 Good Hope Road SE
Washington, DC 20020

Or, you can schedule a no-contact drop off time for your donation by contacting Stacia Frederick
at (202) 678-2341 ext. 233 or sfrederick@calvaryservices.org.

Thank you for your generosity.
