Mark Your Calendar for #GivingTuesday on Dec. 2nd!

The countdown to #GivingTuesday – one of the biggest online fundraising days of the year – is on! #GivingTuesday on December 2, 2014 follows Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday to kick off the holiday giving season. Instead of spending money on gifts for your loved ones, #GivingTuesday is a day dedicated to giving back to your favorite charitable organizations and causes.

Calvary Women’s Services will be participating along with hundreds of nonprofit organizations around the globe. The donations made to Calvary for #GivingTuesday will directly support our housing programs and services for homeless women. This is just one of the many ways that you can make a difference for women at Calvary this holiday season.

We will be relying on your help to spread the word about #GivingTuesday! Keep your eyes on Calvary’s Facebook and Twitter pages for #GivingTuesday information and reminders to share with your network of friends and followers. If you would like to participate as a Calvary Captain and be a fundraising leader for Calvary Women’s Services, please contact Stephanie Shinn.

By the way, it’s not too early to make a #GivingTuesday donation to Calvary Women’s Services! Click here to make a donation any time between now and December 31, 2014.
